You can easily order a book through the product page, which will capture the name, gender, hairstyle preference, and any dedication.
We currently accept the following modes of payment:
Fastest (near instant) payment confirmation:
- Paypal (also accepts credit card payments)
Allow for Longer Confirmation Time (payment confirmation must be sent by 5 pm of next business day)
- Online/Bank App deposit
- Bank deposit via deposit slip
Given the custom nature of our product, we cannot accept Cash on Delivery. Payment will need to be received prior to us proceeding with your order.
Our typical timeline runs about 2 weeks to create your cherished book.
Day 1-3 - Payment and order confirmation
Day 3-9 - Customization and proofing
Day 9-12 - Printing
Day 12-14 - Packing, pickup, and delivery
Day 15-18 - Additional lead time for provincial deliveries

Shipping fee to International locations will vary based on weight, and our site will assign the appropriate rate depending on your order.

NEW! We can now accommodate up to 9 letter names! Unfortunately, due to other constraints related to binding and book thickness, for names with 10 or more letters, we recommend using a nickname instead.
At this time we cannot support letters with accent marks. Hyphens will be acknowledged in the text but note it will not come with it’s own mini-story.
Good news - they won't! Other than being able to pick a different explorer for each child, the adventure itself will also vary depending on the letters of their name. For example, for siblings Mark and Anna:
Mark will meet a:
- Manatee
- Ant
- Rhino, and
- Kangaroo
Anna will meet an:
- Alligator
- Nymph
- Ninja, and
- Angelfish
Each character they meet comes with a unique story, lesson and affirmation.
Such a good idea! We've had several moms ask us - especially parents of multiples - who describe their kids as inseparable peas in a pod.
We don't have the artwork for this yet, nor does this story format work well for it - but we heard you and books featuring siblings or multiples are on our list!

Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final. We will allot a 12 hour grace period during which time you may contact us to correct typos or cancel your order. After the 12 hour window, only the delivery address may be changed (provided your order has not yet shipped). If the return is due to a defect, please see “My product has a defect.”
If your product has a misprint, binding, or other issue, please notify us by sending an email with the subject “Order Issue.” To expedite the process, please also include the following information:
- Order #
- Description of defect
- Photos of defects
