I have purchased 2 orders of Out of this world adventure story books. I have no doubt that the book and concept are indeed amazing and Kudos to that. However, I think, there is a need for improvement in terms of the courier packaging. I have purchased as well 2 gift boxes obviously for the 2 story books as my Christmas gifts to my nephew and niece. I felt disappointed because when I received the items and when I checked the gift boxes, there are damage and folds. Moving forward, can you please improve your courier packaging before handing over to your partner courier as its just a waste of money to purchase the gift boxes because of the handling of the packages.
